I started Muay Thai later in life, taking on opponents half my age and pushing myself through every challenge. That experience shaped me as a coach—it’s never too late to learn, to fight, or to grow.
I trained under Muay Thai legend Coban and later co-founded and ran my own gym for years. But most of my growth has come through relentless training, sparring, and evolving—week in, week out, for over 15 years.
What sets me apart is that I never stopped. I’m still in fight camps, still clinching, sparring, and holding pads at the highest level. I coach by being in it with my students, not just standing on the sidelines.
For me, Muay Thai is more than a fight—it’s an anchor. It’s discipline, resilience, and a way to stay sharp in body and mind. That’s what I share with fighters, everyday practitioners, and even other coaches who want to sharpen their craft.
